Soulful Turmeric Latte

Golden Milk, also known as turmeric latte or haldi doodh, is a traditional Ayurvedic beverage cherished for its soothing properties and health benefits. Heres my personal take on this comforting drink, perfect for unwinding after a long day or gently starting your morning.

This golden elixir combines the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric with the digestive support of ginger and the warming qualities of cinnamon and cardamom. Black pepper enhances the absorption of curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, making this drink not only delicious but also beneficial for your well-being.

Whether you're seeking a moment of calm in the evening or a gentle start to your day, this golden milk recipe offers a nourishing ritual to support your body's balance and vitality.
