Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy
By attending a class, workshop, or retreat with Margherita Dal Pra, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

Drop-in Classes
Available subject to space. Please arrive on time—no entry after 5 minutes into the class.
Muswell Hill Class Passes
Non-transferable between clients.
No refunds once purchased.
Yoga Centres Bookings
Refer to Centre’s own terms and conditions.

All Zoom classes require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as non attendance or no shows, are non refundable and cannot be credited or rescheduled.
For all live and recorded Zoom classes, participants are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to take part. It is advised that you seek appropriate medical guidance before participating, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a medical condition. By choosing to attend, you confirm that you are participating at your own risk and will modify or rest as needed throughout the class.

Cancellations
48 hours’ notice required.
Cancellations within 48 hours will be fully charged.
Payments
Pay by cash, bank transfer, or PayPal before the session.
Coaching & Cleanse Programmes
Paid in advance. No refunds once digital material has been sent.

If you’ve had major emotional or physical illness in the past 5 years, you must disclose it and may be asked for a doctor’s certificate.
For severe allergies, please email in advance. A separate disclaimer may be required.
Classes, Workshops and One to Ones
Retreats

Deposits
Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Required to secure your place.
Cancellations
More than 90 days before the retreat receive a full refund minus the deposit..
30–90 days before the retreat are non refundable. If the place is successfully filled, the amount paid may be transferred as credit toward a future event.
Less than 30 days: before the retreat are not eligible for refunds or credits.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email or the contact form.
Admin fees
£60 (weekend retreats)
£100 (retreats longer than 3 days)
If we cancel:
You’ll receive a full refund of what you’ve paid, but not for your travel costs. Please get travel insurance to protect yourself. -
Deposit only required if booking more than 90 days in advance.
Full payment required within 90 days of the retreat.
All payments must be made in GBP. If paying from abroad, you are responsible for bank fees.

I strongly recommend travel insurance that covers:
Retreat cancellation (including COVID)
Flight delays or cancellations
Lost baggage
Medical treatment, injury, and repatriation
Margherita is not liable for issues arising from unforeseen events such as:
Natural disasters, wars, or pandemics
Personal emergencies or illness
Lost or damaged personal belongings

Shared room rates apply only when fully occupied.
We’ll match you with a same-gender roommate when possible.
If the room can’t be filled, you’ll need to pay a single supplement before the retreat.
