This offering is for returning clients who want to align their yoga practice, self-care, daily rhythms, and nourishment with the energy of the season. Ideally booked two to four weeks before a seasonal shift, it supports a smoother, more intentional transition, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Across four tailored sessions, we’ll explore what’s arising for you, whether it’s allergies or congestion in spring, heat and irritability in summer, dryness or sluggish digestion in autumn, or fatigue and heaviness in winter. You’ll receive personalised guidance rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, shaped to your constitution and the qualities of the current season.
