Meet Margherita

My journey with yoga began over 30 years ago in a tiny studio in Northern Italy, where a single Śavāsana gave me my first real sense of coming home to myself. That moment set me on a lifelong path with yoga and, soon after, Ayurveda.

These sister sciences have guided me through every season of life with more steadiness, clarity, and trust. Over the past two decades I’ve taught across London and beyond, in studios, on retreats, and now increasingly online. I weave together Anusara, Rasa Yoga, Tantric Hatha, and the teachings I’ve received through my long apprenticeship with Yogarupa Rod Stryker.

As a certified Ayurveda counsellor and Yoga Health Coach, Ayurveda is where everything integrates. Its wisdom of daily rhythm, seasonal balance, and gentle habit evolution shapes the foundation of 8 Weeks to Radiance at Home.

This programme is a practical pathway back to yourself. Through yoga, nourishment, self inquiry, and small meaningful shifts, you learn to reconnect with your natural vitality and create routines that truly support your life.
