Meet Margherita
My journey with yoga began over 30 years ago in a tiny studio in Northern Italy. I remember lying in Śavāsana and feeling, for the first time, a sense of deep connection, a quiet coming home to myself. That moment sparked a lifelong devotion to the path of yoga and, soon after, Ayurveda.
Over the years, I’ve come to understand these sister sciences not just as practices, but as ways of being, guiding me through life’s many seasons with more steadiness, clarity, and trust.
I’ve spent the past two decades teaching yoga across London and beyond, in studios, on retreats, and now increasingly online, blending tradition with real life rhythm. I’ve trained in Anusara, Rasa Yoga, and Tantric Hatha, with long standing study in classical yoga philosophy, breath, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
But it was Ayurveda that helped me integrate everything. As a certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, I work with the wisdom of daily rhythm (dinacharya), seasonal living, and habit evolution to support sustainable transformation, the kind that actually sticks.
I’m here to serve and support you on your path of self-discovery through yoga, nourishment, self-inquiry, and small, meaningful shifts that ripple outward. I believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated and that your body already knows the way back to balance.
You are already radiant. My role is simply to help you remember.

A yoga mat is helpful, and you may enjoy having a cushion or blanket nearby for comfort. Everything else is optional.
