A Rhythm to Return to
Each day begins with an energising morning practice, flowing movement, pranayama, kriya and meditation to awaken the body and steady the mind. Afternoons are spacious and yours to enjoy: relax on the beach, explore the local area or indulge in a treatment at the on-site Ayurvedic spa. In the evening, you’ll return to the mat for a grounding practice, restorative movement, yoga nidra or meditation, easing you into rest.
Midweek, we’ll venture out together for an optional excursion to explore Goa’s rich culture and wild beauty.

You're so welcome. If you're open to sharing a room, we’ll do our best to match you with another guest who’s also looking to share, but please note this isn’t guaranteed. If a sharing match isn’t possible, the single occupancy rate will apply.

Non-yoga guests are warmly welcome at a discounted rate, so feel free to bring a partner or friend who simply wants to rest, read, and soak in the surroundings.

Accommodation & Pricing
Getting There
There are many flight options to Goa, including direct charter flights or scheduled flights via Mumbai, Delhi, or the Middle East. We recommend booking early to secure the best fares.
If you're flying via India, Air India or Middle Eastern airlines (like Qatar or Emirates) often allow you to check baggage through to Goa, avoiding the need to re-check in Mumbai or Delhi. British Airways is also a great option for those travelling light, with a generous hand luggage allowance.
Mandrem is approx. 1.5 hours from Goa Airport by taxi. We recommend booking an airport pickup through Ashiyana (€30 each way).
Visa: UK citizens and many others require an eVisa. Be sure to print the actual visa (not just the confirmation email) before departure. Apply here

Not at all. Margherita’s teaching is supportive, inclusive, and adaptable—whether you're new to the practice or have been on the mat for years.

Absolutely. Many guests come alone and often leave with lifelong friends. If you'd like to share a room, we’ll do our best to match you with another solo guest, though this can’t be guaranteed.

Tucked away in the corner of the palm grove, Jaipur Down encompasses the ground floor of an organically-shaped, stone-walled building, with double French windows opening onto a private terrace. Elegant, chic, polished ‘marble’ walls in earthy gemstone tones, soft furnishings and carved furniture give our two suites a luxurious feel.

Relax in one of our four rooms on the ground floor of the Riverview building. With our familiar marble-finished walls, these charming rooms have a simple yet chic design. Palm Grove Eco Lodge
Built almost entirely of wood, the design of these lodges was inspired by magical, Balinese architecture. Each of the three stand-alone structures has an Upstairs and a Downstairs Lodge, with large balconies, wonderfully spacious, antique daybeds, and polished ‘marble’ bathrooms at the rear.
